Company ProfileKalahari Air Services is based at Sir Seretse Khama International Airport in Gaborone. The Company was established in 1968 when a quick and efficient service was required into the more remote areas of the country where road travel was either time consuming and expensive or, after the rains, impossible. The expansion of the Botswana economy has been rapid and the airline has managed to keep abreast with the developments of the country. Kalahari Air Services operates the largest commercial maintenance base in Botswana and is rated by Anglo American Corporation and Shell.
